Ah, the good ole days........when we would never have to lock our
doors, sleep with windows open or with an oscillating fan blowing
a cool breeze.....Oh yes, I Remember These
Ah, the good ole days........when we could use our thumbs to get us
anywhere we needed to go, with not a worry at all of whom we
would be riding with.....Oh yes, I Remember These
Ah, the good ole days........when we would walk home from school
and stop off at Johns Pool Hall for a few games of 9 ball and a
cold Pepsi Cola .....Oh yes, I Remember These
Ah, the good ole days........when practically every day after High
School would let out, a fight would be lined up at the railroad
tracks.....Oh yes, I Remember These
Ah, the good ole days........when most of the guys at school would
rush to the smoking area at each break to kill a "weed".....Oh yes,
I Remember These
Ah, the good ole days........when the Ice Storm of 1969 hit and
Fayetteville Road looked like a picture postcard .....Oh yes, I

Ah, the good ole days........when on Friday nights we would go to
the football games and watch the Rockets play and then go by
Tom & Sarahs and eat a favorite sandwich .....Oh yes, I

Ah, the good ole days........when Mom and Dad would take us boys
out to the woods at Christmas to cut down our
ChristmasTree.....Oh yes, I Remember These
Ah, the good ole days........when me and my three brothers would
wrestle in the backyard and go inside itching like crazy .....Oh yes,

Ah, the good ole days........when me and Dad, my brothers, Sam
Coble, Donnie Bailey and Grandfather Bailey would go hunting for
rabbits and squirrels .....Oh yes, I Remember These
