was getting ready to ship off to China.

This old white 2 story house had
a garage and screened in porch
on the second floor.

1966 - My 1966 Chevelle SS 396 with me, Mark Hewitt and
brother Keith. Notice the old 51 Ford in the background. I used
to take this car to school and have to park it on a hill in order to
shove it down the hill to start it. I was a senior at that
time...thought I had made it to the big time. The Chevelle was a
tough car - I loved to race it on the week-ends. Many races down
74 beside Tom & Sarahs Restaurant.

Below those are Jerry Jenkins on the left and Murphy Comer on the right - childhood
friends in the old neighborhood.

Below - 1950s - that's me on our pony Trigger. Dad built fence behind our house - it was a

Below is a letter my Uncle Artemus Bailey wrote to his sister, Geneva.
Don't know the year but must have been in the 1950s. Geneva died from
cancer - she was married to Clyde Thompson and had a son, Jacki and
daughter, Mitzi. This was written looks like on an envelope or part of one.
Artemus was called Temus for short. Sad letter.
