The car in the photo above (a Dodge)  belonged to Rev. Tom Hern, Pastor of Pee Dee Baptist Church.

All the aforementioned people have passed away. Bob Cox's wife, Margaret Cox, still lives in Hamlet.

The original of this photo belongs to Bobbie's Aunt Dera Von Campbell Lassiter. Bobbie's mother,
Kathleen Campbell, her aunt Lib and her aunt Dera Von identified the players and their positions.
1920 - 1930 - Photo Above Was Taken At The Old  Pee Dee School
It was located on Hamer Hill Rd in Rockingham above the Pee Dee Baptist Church at New St.
The original of this photo belongs to Bobbie's Aunt Dera Von Campbell Lassiter, who is still living at
age 93 and her sisters Kathleen and Elizabeth Campbell helped with the identifications. Not everyone
is identified in the photo.

Starting with the top row, left to right
3rd from the left is Blaine Campbell and then Mildred Meachum.
Next row, 3rd from the left is John Spears and 6th from the left is Leleen Dennis.
Next row is John Jenkins and sixth from the left is Mary Lee Tally.
Last row, 3rd from the left is Frances Phillips Campbell,  5th from the left is I.B. Kelly and last on the
right is Carl McQueen.
The teacher on the left is Mrs. Alma McNair.

The photo above is of Bobbie's Uncle Nelson Thomas. He had a band in his day and died in 1922. The
other gentleman on the left is not identified. Bobbie suggested he favored Garth Brooks.
