Subject: 1935 Picture
Greetings from the Land of Enchantment. I really enjoy browsing the
Rockingham Remembered web sight. I have seen a lot of places and
people I remember and you have done a great thing keeping old memories
alive.
This is a picture of me and my sister older sister Phyllis, She passed
away years ago. It was a going thing for someone to go around taking
pictures of kids on a pony and this is the earliest picture I have of
myself. It was taken on the Hannah Pickett mill hill. I was born in 1931
so I am guessing that I am five or six years old at this time.
Johnsie is suffering with the flu but I took her in to a doctor yesterday
so she is some better today since she is on an anti-botic.
