Hello, my name is John Richardson. My cousin, Lacy Richardson, recently
passed away on November 28th at the age of 79. Lacy played with Slim
Mims and the great banjo pioneer Snuffy Jenkins among others. I
worked with Lacy, and on occasion, with Slim at WJAY-AM in
Mullins-Marion, SC from 1988 to 1992.
I have attached a picture of Slim, Lacy and others, including Greasy
Medlin in black face. If any of Slim's family or anyone else has any
pictures of Lacy I would sure love to have copies. I can be reached at
