Subject: Peachtree Festival 1972
Thanks for the little page on the festival. I've searched in vain for years for
any info or memories online from anyone else who went. Unreal to think
that there's nothing. Till now.
One correction though. Wishbone Ash was not there. I'm a big fan and
would've definitely remembered. They played an all-day outdoor show in
Charlotte at Memorial stadium along with Uriah Heep, and many others. But
they were not in Rockingham. This I'm certain of. I've also got a couple of
pics I took there of Poco and Fleetwood Mac. I'll dig those up and send
them soon.
