Subject: Peach Tree Celebration - 1972
Hello,
I was looking through your site, actually I was looking for some
info on the old Orange Bowl restaurant, and found myself going
through the whole thing. In my reading, I saw where a few people had
mentioned the music festival that took place at the speedway back in
'72, the Peach Tree Celebration. I was there as a 17 year old kid on the
way to the beach for the summer. Anyway, I have a bunch of pictures
taken at that time, and also one of the Orange Bowl. I am going to
send all of them to you. Feel free to use any or all as you see fit.
I have absolutely no idea who any of the people in the pictures are,
but maybe someone will recognize themselves, or a friend.
